My sister, Moon, doesn’t actually read Sandra and Woo. When she looked at my reference photo, she thought Cloud’s hair was a Native American feather.

The whole time Moon was drawing, she kept cheerfully asserting that “We’re definitely not going to win!” She was right—we didn’t even come close!
